What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel, our customers must inform Bonita da Madeira 24 hours in advance. If this does not happen, there will be no refund.
Can we swim with dolphins?
No, swimming with dolphins is not available in our Activities.
Is transport Inclued?
For the following boat tours, transport is included: Whales & Dolphins, Beautiful bays East & West & Desertas Boat Tour.
How much time do I need to be before the tour Starts?
Before boarding, you need to stop by our kiosk to check in and collect your Boarding Pass. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the scheduled Boat Tour starts.
Where do I need to go when the boat tour starts?
Our boat tours start at Marina Nova do Funchal, Cais nº8.
Do you have any offer?
Yes, when onboarding our vessels, we offer you a welcoming drink (Madeira Wine)
